- Highly competitive compensation structure that is not dependent age and level
Coaches' compensation is based on licensure, experience, and relevant qualifications, not based on the level and age of the position. We want top coaches working with players at all ages and levels, and we pay our coaches what they are worth, regardless of who they are assigned to work with.
- Full support of a professional administrative staff and team managers
ESC employees a full-time administrative staff to support our coaching staff in all aspects of their job. This admin staff also supports a team of parent volunteer team managers who handle all paperwork, registration, and most daily admin tasks for each team.
- Reimbursement for all coach education and licenses and support through the licensing process
We encourage all of our coaches to continue pursue coaching licenses and support them in this process with full financial reimbursement for the costs of coaching courses, and logistical assistance along the way. We have coaches who have completed courses at every level and are willing to mentor and support new coaches through the licensure process.

Do you have a background in soccer as a player or coach? We have had some excellent parent coaches throughout the history of the club, and we welcome enthusiastic candidates to reach out and learn more about what it takes to get involved.
ESC has an entirely paid staff, so we are not looking for volunteers - rather we are looking for candidates who would be interested in joining our staff on a seasonal basis.
