SPRING INDOOR 2024 GOALKEEPER TRAINING 

U10-U13 Goalkeepers 
You will have a weekly session offered at Braemar Dome on Fridays from 5:15-6:30pm.

Session Dates:
3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26

U13-U19 Goalkeepers
You will have a weekly training session offered at the Braemar Dome on Wednesdays from 5:45-7:00pm.

Session Dates:
3/27 (*5:30-6:30pm*),  4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24

There will also be goalkeeper trainers on the field at Braemar Dome during many indoor team training sessions. When you arrive you should check in with your team coach and then report to one of the ESC Goalkeeper Trainers (see daily trainer list below). You will begin your session with this goalkeeper trainer, and then join your team when your team coach asks you to return. 

SUMMER OUTDOOR 2024 GOALKEEPER TRAINING 

U10-U12 Goalkeepers 
You will have a weekly session offered at Lewis Park:

Sundays, 12-1pm, from May 5-June 30

May: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26 
June: 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30

U13-U19 Goalkeepers

You will have a weekly session offered at Lewis Park:

Sundays, 1-2pm, from May 5-June 30

May: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26

The Online Training Program (Self-Training Program) was created in 2020 as a 3-day training series of physical and technical activities  that goalkeepers can complete with a ball, and a wall.
