COACH EDUCATION

ESC Coaches are expected to have a D License (or equivalent) as a minimum. Coaches should also be progressively working toward their next possible license. ESC supports and develops coaching staff through a variety of events and will invest financially in all coaches who seek to advance their knowledge and/or qualifications.
