Thank you for volunteering to serve as a team manager. Please make note of the following information:

• Team pages are available on the web site. Managers should request a username on the home page to access the team maintenance area and team page. Please keep all information current on your team page.
• The Team Manager Manual is below which includes many important duties and important information regarding the Team Manager position.
• The new web site manual is below. Please review for useful information on how to use and maintain your team's web page.
• Rainouts & Field Closings - Please review the rainouts and field closings document thoroughly.
• Field Rescheduling Procedures - directions on how to reschedule a game field. 
• Manager Templates for roster, game schedule, cheat sheet, etc are offered below. Feel free to use these or create your own.
• We encourage you all to share any managing tips, shortcuts, ideas, templates that you currently use or dream up. Please contact the Team Manager Directors or ESC Administrator and we will pass along ideas/suggestions on these pages.

The Edina Soccer Club is proud to adopt the “Move Your Feet” program!   Move Your Feet assists ESC teams in identifying and performing community service projects. 

Our Primary Goals are:

•To promote volunteerism and teamwork among Edina’s sports teams. •To accomplish good deeds for valued charitable organizations. •To promote the positive aspects of sports, especially soccer. Why Move Your Feet?

•People want to help but don’t always know how to get started. How It Works:

•Coaches, team managers and/or a designated team parent can identify a community service project that they would like to perform OR contact the Edina Soccer Club’s Move Your Feet coordinator to express their team’s interest in doing a group volunteer project.  The Move Your Feet coordinator will discuss the known available volunteer opportunities with the team’s contact. 

•Logistical issues, like dates, times, type of activity, adult supervision and transportation will be coordinated by the team contact with the assistance of the Move Your Feet coordinator if needed. •Move Your Feet will keep a list of and openly solicit possible volunteer opportunities. •Participation among teams and kids is optional. Kids can opt out of participating in a team’s volunteer event.
